The first Bottega Botlé opened on Via Marsala 13/c, right in the heart of Bologna’s historic centre, just a few steps from Piazza Maggiore.

A location chosen not by chance, but by vocation: Bologna is the city of osterie, of conversation, of sharing stories over a glass of wine.

Bottega Botlé is far more than a shop. It’s the city’s first experiential tasting space, a place where you taste before you buy, where flavour truly guides the decision, and where every product makes sense because you experience it before taking it home.

Thanks to REWINE® technology and the in-store tasting dispensers, visitors can explore a carefully curated wine selection, guided by storytelling and the presence of expert staff.

Alongside the wines, the heart of the project, you’ll find top-quality local delicacies: from balsamic vinegar to preserved vegetables, Bologna’s traditional friggione, and many other regional specialities.
