The Metodo RISTOO® – Happy Restaurateurs was born from Gaetano Lanza’s direct experience in the restaurant industry and from years of study dedicated to communication, personal development and human behaviour.
It is a programme designed for those who lead restaurant and hospitality businesses and want to build organisations that are stronger, more productive and more self-aware.
At its core is a clear belief: business growth begins with the personal growth of the entrepreneur and the people who work alongside them.

A Method for Entrepreneurs & Startups
Intelligenza Manageriale® is the training project created by Francesco Conti, in which Gaetano Lanza was a partner and where he continues to work today as a lecturer.
In his courses, Gaetano places personal growth at the centre, exploring how thoughts, behaviours and inner dialogue influence an entrepreneur’s decisions and business results.
In the Business Labs, this exploration is combined with the pragmatism of numbers: from the “why” to the concept, from strategy to organisation, through to the development of practical action plans for each business.
